Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing mail management solution, which will grant you full command over your email accounts and e-mail newsletters. With this easy-to-use interface, you can create a brand new email mailbox in an instant and administer its settings easily. Moreover, you can redirect mail messages from one e-mailbox account to another, finetune mail filters, set up auto-response messages and defend your electronic mail accounts against spam electronic mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can defend all your mailbox accounts against junk electronic mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unwelcome mails will find their way into your e-mail box. Your e-mails will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an electronic mail message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a specific e-mail account.
Email Filters
Email filters are excellent for filtering your incoming electronic mail messages according to certain rules defined by you. Setting up email filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will go into effect instantaneously. You can easily set up a filter for any of your e-mailbox accounts and modify the filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming electronic mail messages from one email box account to another, or even to a number of other email mailbox accounts. Simply specify the e-mail box you would like to forward e-mail messages from, then specify the target email box and select if you wish to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can easily configure the electronic mail client of your preference to access your electronic mail accounts. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the email mailbox account you would like to set up on your personal computer or mobile device and click on the email client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new email mailbox will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager GUI, managing multiple email box accounts simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager will also allow you to easily create an autoresponder message - enter the message you would like people to view and our system will take care of the rest. And if you wish to configure a catch-all email box - you can do that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
